AAO Hotel Reservation Form (Hotel List) (Hotel Map)

All hotel reservations must be made through the AAO Housing Bureau. They will begin processing non-member registrations July 7th. When you send in your form, be sure and provide them with three hotel choices, then accept whatever one they assign you. If you’re unhappy with that hotel, ask to be put on the Academy wait list and check back periodically at their web site for available hotels. If you fax your confirmation letter to the ASO, we’ll also place you on our wait list. As the conference date approaches, more hotel rooms usually become available. REMEMBER, YOU MUST BE IN THE AAO COMPUTER WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER BEFORE WE CAN ASSIST YOU.


The ASO will begin accepting registrations for this conference in mid-August. Please check back for the ASO conference registration form.

Non-Member Attendees
Non-members are welcome to attend ASO conferences. If you apply for membership later, any credits earned now are valid for 10-years and may be applied retroactively to your education requirements. However, the ASO maintains records only for its members, so it is your responsibility to keep track of your credits. Your CER form is your proof of credits earned and must be picked up at the end of the conference. If you are unable to arrange your travel plans to remain until the forms are available, please give someone else authority to retrieve them for you.
